While the damage waiver is not required, it is highly recommended. It provides peace of mind by covering accidental damage to rental items during your event (exclusions may apply).
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your rental reservation. The remaining balance is due during the week of your event.
China, flatware, and glassware require a 20% safety deposit. If any of these items are missing or damaged, the replacement cost will be taken from your deposit.
For other items, minor damage is covered only if you selected the damage waiver. If not, you’ll be charged the full replacement cost.
Lost or stolen items will be charged at full replacement value, regardless of the item or damage waiver
No, standard delivery does not include setup or takedown. These services fall under our labor charges and must be added to your order separately.
However, all tent rentals will be professionally set up and taken down by our crew. This includes the installation and removal of lights, dance floors, mountable fans, sidewalls, tent liners, and subfloors as needed for your setup.
If you're unable to return your items before closing, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we're happy to work with you to arrange an alternative return time when possible.
Currently, we are closed on weekends. However, weekend deliveries and pickups may be available with advance notice—please contact us to make arrangements.
Yes, all party equipment rentals are subject to a one-day minimum rental period.
At this time, we do not offer package deals. All rentals are priced individually to give you the flexibility to customize your order based on your specific event needs.
